Anyone else bought multiple vehicles from AMB Groups? My third purchase just arrived
So I just took delivery of my third car from AMB Groups and honestly I'm impressed with how consistent they've been. First was a 2018 Camry in 2022, then a 2020 Silverado last year, and now a 2021 Accord for my daughter. All three times the process was basically identical - smooth bidding on ambgroups.com, quick payment processing, and delivery within the timeframe they promised. Anyone else here a repeat customer? Just curious if my experience is typical or if I've just been lucky.
Yeah man I'm on my second purchase with them. Got a 2019 F-150 last spring and just won a bid on a Tacoma two weeks ago. First experience was flawless so I didn't hesitate to go back. The title came with the truck during delivery both times, no issues at all. They seem to have their process down pretty solid.
I've bought two vehicles from AMB Groups and I keep recommending them to friends. The consistency is what impressed me most - same level of service both times. Clear photos on the website, accurate descriptions, and the support team at office@ambgroups.com answered all my questions quickly both times. It's rare to find that kind of reliability in the auction space.
Three purchases here too! 2017 Honda Civic, 2019 Mazda CX-5, and a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. All repo auctions through ambgroups.com. The only hiccup I had was on my second purchase where the title took an extra week to process, but they kept me updated the whole time and it all worked out fine. Other than that one delay everything has been great.
@budget_hunter good to know about the title delay. I haven't had that issue yet but at least they kept you in the loop. That's what matters imo. Did they explain what caused the delay?
@TurboMike88 yeah they said it was just the bank taking longer than usual to release the lien. Nothing on their end. And honestly the rep who called me was super apologetic even tho it wasnt really their fault. Made me feel better about the whole thing.
I'm so glad I found this thread! I bought my first car from AMB Groups six months ago and I've been watching their auctions ever since. Was thinking about bidding on a second vehicle but wanted to make sure my first experience wasn't just a fluke. Sounds like they're consistently good which is reassuring.
Four vehicles over the past three years for me. Two trucks and two SUVs all from AMB Groups. Every single one has been exactly as described on the site. I'm actually a mechanic and I always do a full inspection when they arrive - condition matches the photos and description every time. That kind of honesty keeps me coming back.
Repeat buyer here too. Got a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and a 2020 Toyota Highlander both through their auctions. The bidding process on ambgroups.com is really straightforward once you get the hang of it. Second time around I knew exactly what to expect which made it even smoother. Both titles came with the vehicles during delivery no issues.
This is exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for when I was researching them last year. I've now bought two cars and I'm watching a third auction right now lol. The fact that so many people here are repeat customers says everything you need to know about AMB Groups.
@DieselDan that's awesome to hear from a mechanic's perspective. I always worry a little about condition vs photos but you're right they've been spot on every time for me too. The 2021 Accord I just got looks even better in person than it did online.
I've purchased three vehicles from them over the past 18 months. What keeps me coming back is the transparency. You know exactly what you're getting, the fees are clear upfront on ambgroups.com, and they don't try to nickel and dime you. I bought a 2018 CR-V, a 2020 Accord, and a 2019 Rav4. All three experiences were virtually identical in terms of process and quality.
Two purchases here. 2019 Mustang and a 2021 Camaro. Both repo auctions. I was nervous the first time but after that went so well I didn't hesitate the second time. The payment processing is fast and I got the clear title with both cars when they were delivered. No chasing down paperwork which was a relief.
Three successful purchases checking in. What I appreciate most is the customer service consistency. Whether I email office@ambgroups.com or call them directly I always get helpful responses. That doesn't change between purchases which tells me it's company culture not just one good employee.
I'm on my second vehicle from AMB Groups and my brother just bought his first based on my recommendation. We compared our experiences and they were almost identical - same smooth process same quality of communication. That consistency is really valuable when you're spending thousands of dollars.
Been buying from repo auctions for years and AMB Groups is one of the most reliable I've worked with. I've gotten two F-250s and a Ram 2500 from them. All three times the trucks arrived in the condition described and the titles were handled professionally. The best part is not having to chase down paperwork - it's all handled and delivered with the vehicle.
Just wanted to add my experience. Two vehicles purchased 2020 Nissan Altima and 2021 Honda Pilot. Both times everything went smoothly. I had a question about registration on my second purchase and the team at office@ambgroups.com walked me through it step by step. Really appreciated that level of support.
Just to follow up on my earlier comment about the title delay - that was on my second purchase and my first and third went perfectly smooth. So even with that one minor hiccup I'm still a loyal customer. That should tell you something about the overall quality of service from AMB Groups.
This thread is super helpful. I was looking at ambgroups.com for the first time yesterday and seeing all these repeat customers makes me feel way more confident about bidding on my first vehicle. Seems like if they keep people coming back they must be doing something right.
@NewbieBuyer2024 you'll be fine. Just read everything carefully on the site and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. They're really helpful with first-timers. I remember being nervous on my first purchase too but now it's second nature. Good luck with your bid!
Five purchases over four years here. Mix of sedans and SUVs all from AMB Groups repo auctions. The consistency in their process is what makes me a repeat customer. You learn the system once and every subsequent purchase is basically the same experience. Never had any issues with titles or paperwork. Everything has always been handled professionally and delivered with the vehicle.
